Received a call from a person with a deep indian accent stating at first his name was Eddie Jones and later he called stating that his name was Peter Scott (What indian name is Eddie Jones or Peter Scott). He was stating that we owed some money but couldnt say where the loan was taken out from. Threatening to come to my spouse job with a summons and a warrant and said that the police will take him to court to pay the money. This guy was asking for all kinds of band information. Dont tell him anything. I believe that they are someone who has hacked into a system that has individuals information and is trying to get more information to scam people out of money. Their phone number is 315-508-3158 and he said the name of his company is LLC Law Offices. No such thing in google or listed in information.

Received a call from my daughter the man knew all her information and stated he was going to have me arrested for a loan, what loan someone needs to handle them

Got a call from a lady who asked for the address of my attorney. I knew this was a scam because 2 weeks ago I got calls from a Nash Brown, LLC Los Angeles who wanted the same information because I was being sued for not paying back online cash advances. I was scared to death but knew I had paid all loans off. Went home and frantically looked through all bank statements and matched money received with money paid back. So after reading several blogs about Nash Brown, I figured todays call was a scam also. She identified herself as Cynthia McMell. I asked for her address which of course, doesn't exist. Turn it back on them when they call you. Pricks!!!

I just received the same call from the same guy... He told my boss I would be arrested tomorrow... LOL... Well considering I am in law enforcement I am very doubtful that will happen. THIS IS A SCAM. Do not give them ANY personal information.

A man called Steven Walker and then one called Charles Green called me at work several times and left a message with my manager that if i did not call him back i would be arrested and he was about that i was being sued. I called that number back, the man had had a heavy accent and asked me if i had an attorney, then he asked me the last four digits of my social security number etc.... i refused to give them any info. I don't understand how people like that can get away with this phone call scam.... it's ridicolous.

this is a SCAM! i have looked up the info on yellowbook and on a phonerecord site.... we called the federal trade commission they confirmed it!

I just received a voice mail message AT MY WORK NUMBER! from an indian man saying if I didn't call him back or have my attorney call him back immediately, that he couldn't help the bad things that were going to happen to me, and "good luck" if I didn't call back. What the heck is going on? How can people get away with this?

I also received a call from a David Smith for one of my employees at her place of business. He said he was from some LLC Law office from New York and that if the employee did not call him back within 24 hours that he wished her luck and that she would be responsible to pay legal fees, etc. This is a place of business and they have no right to call any employee at work, especially with threats.

I have no idea who just called my work #.. he was an indian dude, and the funny thing is when i answer it echo's... he was telling me to give message for so and so message telling them that, they are being sued. he called from New York.. now, i've always been in cali. so i have no idea what he is talking about.. that I have to call him back asap... my God!! Crazy people......the funny thing is there calling my work phone this is a business.....

This call was a scam from a person saying my attorney or I must call them back. This is a scam trying to scam you out of money. On the voice mail "David Smith" an indian accent says if I or my attorney doesn't call him back, all he can do is wish me luck, and have a good day.

Don't give them on back info or MONEY. SCAM
