I got the same voicemail message. I called back & and when the rep announced he was from the "Federal Dept of Treasury, I said, "Okay, just send me the money! Send it to "Blockhead" as 123 4th St., zip cdoe 00005." Then I repeated, "Just SEND ME THE MONEY!" ...about 5 ot 6 times. They hung up on me. So,... I called back, over and over again - saying the same thing repeatedly. NOW, when I call (315) 510-9863, I get a recording saying, "I'm sorry, you have reached a number that is disconnected or no longer in service." Ha! I guess I've been blocked from calling them. GOOD,... and good riddance!
