This is a scam company. They claim to be from a law office called AMG LLC. It is disturbing that they have private information, but they are a scam. They claim that they will get you fired, hurt your wife, and make you very sorry. They call from a call center and have Russian type of accents. The two names I was given was Peter Brown and James Smith. They will tell you that you have a payday loan payment that you have not paid and give you the name. When they called me it was for Advance America Cash Advance. I called Advance America and they have recieved many phone calls from previous clients. I reported them to the Washington State Attorney General's Office. They are aware of the scam. Just don't answer the phone or play with them by answering and not talking for a while and hang up. They are scum, don't believe them and SPREAD the Word - they are fakes

I have received the same message at home as Vivain post yesterday and today. They did not have my address. I also receive a call from a male in the fall regarding the same subject but they know my address and SS number. When I call this person back and left a message, I received a call from someone who told me I had the wrong number. I never first from the person again.

Received a call on my cell and work number and I got the same message and conversation as everyone else. Scary part is that this person had my social security number and home address. I'm notifying the police. This is crazy. He claims he is calling from LLC Law Office NY on behalf of AACA.

this person with an east indian or pakistani accent called me and said that I or my attorney needs to contact them and that the message was time sensitive. they also said that if they didn't hear back from me than my address and phone number (which they repeated) would be subject to investigation. they also said that if i did not return the call that all they could do was wish me good luck as the situation unfolded upon me. after about 6 of these assinine calls...i finally called them back and threatened to sue them and report them to the better business bureau and Immigration!!! They stopped calling. These people are phoney as hell and any threats of lawsuit or imprisonment are illegal collection tactics. I know that much!

SAID I OWED MONEY FROM A PAYDAY LOAN...SAID I WAS GOING TO BE ARRESTED TOMORROW.
