Called today at 3 pm (PST). Automated call. Male voice tells me that I am guilty of tax fraud, that the police are going to arrest me, and that I am going to prison. I am instructed to call the IRS office at the number provided in order to avoid court and prison. I am told that this is my last chance to call and that I must do so immediately.

I too received this call. I called them several times challenging them, and they hung up. The individual was always a male, and had a middle-eastern (Indian/Pakistani) accent. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY INFORMATION!!! I am an employee of the US Federal Government and these fools have no clue what they are doing.

We have received several calls from this number claiming IRS fraud. They informed us that if we did not take care of this over the phone that we would be arrested for IRS fraud. When I asked them who is it they want to talk to they insist I give them personal information. When I refuse to do so they hang up on me .I call them back but they don't answer the phone and I'm not able to leave a voicemail. The number shows it's from Hartsville new york. I know it's a scam because the IRS Sends a certified letters

Got a call just like everyone before me on here in which I was told there was tax fraud opened up against me. I was to call back at 315 537 4009 before I was arrested but I have not called back. They just called me today at about 2:00 central time. It is a scam do not answer or call them back it is B.S.

I got a call from them this morning also. The voicemail that was left was very muffled. I figured it was some type of scam.
Mine was also about tax fraud and being my final notice. They said I should call so I wouldn't be arrested.
I guess the scams about winning money aren't working anymore so now they are trying scare tactics!?!?! Geez

received an automated message from this phone number. It stated a fraud case had been opened up against me with the IRS and I needed to call the number back asap to ensure I wasnt arrested

I just call a call from them too. Had a voicemail with the same message. To call them because there was a tax fraud case against me and to call them before I get arrested. The caller never left a name but it was from 315-537-4009 Harrisvillle, NY. Whatever!!! Such a shameful scam!

Recording said that they were calling about a tax lawsuit and that I should call them before I get arrested. Knowing this is a scam, I called the number to have them remove me from the list. I spoke with Felicia Souza who said that one of her paralegals called me and asked for my first and last name. I asked who the company was and she said, "US Treasury Department" then when I challenged her, she said they were the IRS. I told her I was going to call the IRS and report them and she said that I cannot call the IRS because the IRS doesn't talk to anyone. HAHAH. They should be ashamed of themselves. What's sad is that someone out there will get duped by them for sure. So sad.
