My boss has told them and I have told them to not call me at my place of employment. We have even gone as far as telling them I no longer work there but they still keep calling. First it was a Richard Spencer now it is a Jayj and yes they both have Indian accents. They refuse to give an address and they continue to state they will only receive funds via EFT. I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission but they tell me that they only work on a group basis, meaning after they receive so many complaints then they will attempt to iradicate the problem. They say is is ACS Legal Dept. We did take out a cash advance but not with them and the original creditor is still sending us bills. We have never received anything in writing from this company nor do they call my cell phone number.

keeps calling my work number and now is harassing my mom. I never had a loan with these people and have paid any and all loans I ever received. He told my mom I refuse to call him back. His name was mark Watson had an Indian accent and said he was trying to reach me and I have not returned his calls. he got abusive to my mom, not exactly sure what was said.

A guy name Steve with an Indian accent says that I owe money on a pay day loan that I have never taken out. The phone number is 315-538-9902.

A guy with a mid-eastern accent named Jay keeps calling our home phone saying that there is a collections report out against my social security number and is imperative that I contact him ASAP. When I called back in the past this guy wanted my s.s. # and other info over the phone without identifying who he actually is or the company he supposedly represents. Be VERY careful and suspicious of this guy and phone number!

Whoever this guy is...he does not work for a legitamate company. It is some kind of scam. He got vulgar and abussive with me on the phone. Do not give this guy any information or personal information whatsoever. Once I told him that we could not take a message for our employees he flipped out.

Person called saying his name was Steve, but had a mideast accent. Called my work phone number and ended up speaking with my supervisor, since I was not there. Told my supervisor I had to call back by Monday. This individual called about 6 or 7 times in a row, with a caller id of unknown. Said he was from the company I work for, but clearly was not. Most likely a loan collection scam, I am thinking. I don't owe anything that I haven't already made arrangements on. Amounts to outright harrassment. When you try to return the call to that number, you just get a busy signal.
