"Carlos Williams" keeps calling and harrassing a co-worker of mine. Calls about 20-30 times a week. Is there any way to have these people stop!?!?

Mr Marshal called me several on my work phone wanting to speak to me and said that I had something that I owe. It was from an international company. He repeated called me at work harrassing me and my co-workers demanding where they can reach me. Finally he called me four times at work demanding to speak and I finally answered the phone and pretended to be someone else and asked him for name and phone number to call back
