Just got a call from 315-636-5204 with the same schpeel. Called them and the dude with the Indian accent refused to give me the name of the company.

Same thing for me. IRS lawsuit and call them back. scam. Calling IRS now to report it.

Automated call claiming IRS has filed a law suit against me and a warrant for my arrest has been issued. Caller ID displayed Marietta as the caller.

I received a spam call from 315-636-4511 today informing me that I was being sued by the IRS. There should be some way to stop these people and others like them.

Call said there is an IRS lawsuit against me and to call back 315-636-4511. This is a scam, the IRS never calls anyone. They sent written notices or the law to your home. This is a scam for my information.
