Called twice today. Caller ID said: "Mayes, Devan L" (assume "Devan" is first name). Usually do not answer calls where I don't know number, but thought if i answer this time, I can just say, no to whatever they are scamming.... er.. offering. So I said "Hello" twice, then after a pause, a man said weak "Hello", then nothing, I said Hello again, loudly and they hung up.
