I just received a phone call....actually this is the 2nd time I've spoken to someone. The first time he told me I had a payday loan that was out and told me that I was going to be sued for 3 different things. I got all the information from him including the bank and bank acct number. I assured him I didn't bank there and even went to that bank to have them look me up and nope, I didn't have an account. Gee, how weird. I asked to receive in writing what the situation was and was told I would get something. That was over a month ago. Well, here comes today and received another phone (from Adam Brown haha, yeah right), call regarding the same thing. The dude told me it would cost over $5000 with legal fees and stuff. I told him that I already spoke to someone and used the word SCAM 4 times. I asked to speak to a supervisor (Sam Parker, another doubtful name) and he transferred me in which I said the word SCAM twice and he didn't seem to like it. He then hung up on me. My so-called "judgement" was going to post over a month ago. Now it's going to post tomorrow at 11am? Yeah, ok. Thanks for informing me of the last 4 digits of my SS#, my email address and where I work. Cause if you try hard enough, you can get that info anywhere.

Calling to say this is my warning call and if I don't have my attorney call asap then only thing he will have to do is watch the situation fall down around me. The number on my caller ID is actually 052-658-871. and the 315 number is the number they want me to call back. My phone provider said they can't block the number because the call is being made from a computer not a phone.

They have been calling me for a year now from diffrent numbers. I have had them investigated and they are a scam. There isnt anything anyone can do to stop them from calling but beware because they are just trying to get money out of you!

Spammer saying he is calling from legal firm for unpaid payday loan I never applied for stated I could pay him 100.00 today or get sued for over 5000.00 dollars in court, garnish my SSI etc.
