called and said they were the IRS and to call them as they were ready to file a lawsuit. they said take care at the end of the message, but they never mentioned my name.IRS writes leters not making these type of calls. I believe this is a scam call
Just received similar call. Called and left a voicemail (female computerized voice) saying it was the IRS and to call them as they were ready to file a lawsuit. Said "take care" at the end of the message. Never mentioned my name or any other identifying information.
