I Just received a phone call from this number telling me to get a lawyer because I am a suspect. I am not sure what is going on but it is becoming aggravating. what do you do about a situation like this?

1-315-888-0291 they keep calling me for this number and others! from the IRS ! Please they do not get it! IRS should first send a letter for the Person to look the matter before calling them, reason why the IRS will send a notice, so you can get all the stuff together for any disagreement. What an ass

Got this call 4 times in one day with message that an IRS lawsuit is filed against me. Shows as a New York number. IRS would not call first and rarely call anyway. They always send mail.

They called 2 times..when I don't know..picked up message..deleted it..then just called me 5 minutes ago..automated message with this phone number. Claiming a lawsuit under my name against another company.
