I got an email titled Billing Dept. Shipping Status. I called and They told me they couldn't cancel my "order of $3598.98" unless I was home and beside my internet! Phff! Stupid guy! I didn't fall for it!

They email you telling you about a high-dollar purchase you have not made. If you call them, they try to sell you "protection software."
If you ask them to cancel the order, they ask you for a "cancellation fee."
Just ignore them and don't bother to call. It's a scam
