Yes, sounds just like the guy one mo ago who said I won 2.5 mill lol he want 195 or 200 dollars that time this Time 395 or 19.45 for rush scam job lol the call that time was Jamaica
I called them back, it rings a few times, gets quiet then it gave me a busy dignal
Called asking for 2 separate names one account is over 10 years old and after 7 years, unable to collect. Told them not to call as one name was someone I never heard of, yet they still keep calling.
