In 18 days Navient called 65 times including weekends. Student loan is being paid but they don't put the money in when received so interest is building up. No one listens. So they are bugging us with calls.
They call my mother who is 99 every day starting at 8am. Its a recorded message and you cant talk to anyone!
Outstanding loan is for my nephew who auto pays out of his bank monthly.
It is not overdue. I am a cosigner who get the calls. He DOES NOT get any calls.
