We haven't subscribed to the Indianapolis Star in over a decade! They called with the spurious claim of checking to see whether we are enjoying our subscription to "Yes" magazine. (We don't subscribe to any such magazine). I wonder whether Gannett news service has retrieved our information based on other magazine subscriptions we have. What has annoyed me even more than the fact that they disturbed us on a Sunday afternoon is the fact that I could not disconnect the phone call. Each time I tried to hang up, the recording kept going! That's dangerous and should be illegal for marketeers to do that -- to hold a phone line hostage.

I started calling them back to ask if they wanted to buy my newspaper... She said ' are you a comedian? You think the you're funny?'
I said 'I'll try back in 15 minutes to see if you change your mind...'
After about 3 times Im pretty sure she blocked me.... She was really mad.

I PAY EVERY MONTH FOR A NON PUBLISHED # JUST SO I DON'T HAVE THE SIFT THROUGH MY CALLER ID EVERY DAY...THESE KNUCKLE HEADS CALL ANYWAY. SHAME ON THEM!

It is not a spam call it is the Indianapolis Star Newspaper.

Get at least 2 calls per day 4-5 times a week now for months. So sick of this caller. If you answer you hear silence. If you call back you get a recording. Gannett something. Harassing.
