This was a collection call that was not for me and either someone erroneously got the number wrong or pusposefully did so. Anyway, when I called the number back and informed them it was an incorrect number, I was not only treated rudely but it was insinuated that I was lying to them. This number is a direct number to the woman who called - and believe me I could hardly understand what she was saying other than it was something Financial in Chicago. I want to find out the company name can call to make a complaint. I just can't get through with the rude woman and thought perhaps this website could help me.
