Cardholder Services play a recording that claims they are able to lower my interest rate. I need to press 1 to speak to a live representative. There is no option to remove my phone number. I then press one to speak to a representative, I ask that my phone number be removed from their calling list. Most of the time, they simply hang up on me. A few times they say they can't.
