I have received more than 150 (I have them documented) calls from these criminals. I have filed more that 50 complaints with the FTC however due to the fact that they hide behind spoofed numbers I doubt that they will ever stop any of them. They ask for up front fees and charge your credit card without performing any services.

I don't know who they are and they don't even know who am I.

I am not a person who normally swears, but after recieving the following call on october 17, 2011, at 6:19pm Im sure you can understand.

I recieved a phone call from 1-317-559-0000. the Id of the call was,v10172119440004. The call was a pre recorded messages, claiming to be card holder services. It asked us to press 9 to speak with a live agent. I pressed nine. when a male answered, I said "sir, I have repeatily, asked your company not to call, YOu have been turned in to the Nationaly do not call list 2 or 3 times, Please remove my number and never call again," The man on the phone asked "could you do me a favor," I asked whats that, the man replyed, "Take off your bra," I said "EXCUSE ME?!?!?!?!" He repeated himself, I then told "If you ever call my house again Im gonna sue your a**".He replied "Id like to tap that one," I then cussed him out and hung up. This is starting to get rediculous, I have turned them in to the do not call list, And I did againlast night, I also ended up calling the sherriff department last night to file a complaint (something I have never dreamed of having to do) This is starting to get out of control, I dont even own a credit card.
I am still pretty ticked, so today, I decided to search the company by number using the internet. I cam across this website, these people all have recieved similar phone calls from the same number. http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-317-559-0000/2#p301822798516185961

Recieved a call about lowering my credit card rate. When I dialed 9 to have my name taken off list man on line made obscene comment. Hung up

This is a credit card company trying to say that my card needs updating. When I tried to press 9 to speak to the next available rep and tell him to remove my number from calling list, the man just hung up on me.
