Got an automated message saying they've been monitoring my cc balance and I qualify for refinancing my debt over 10k and to press 9 for more info (I have no cc debt)...I pressed 9 and the rep asked me how much my cc balance was...I said he should already know that since he's been monitoring it....he said "have a nice day d**khead" and hung up.

They called and said they were monitoring my credit cards and if I had more than 10,000 dollars in debt they could help me. I hung up and blocked the call.
