They keep calling me and I have said to stop calling me or there will be legal issues. All they do is hang up and call back 10-15 minutes later. They have called me 11 times today.

These people are ruthless! As soon as u say "no" they hang up, then call 10 minutes later.

This number 317-606-4890 calls me 10-15 times per day. I answer, no response and they disconnect 3-5 seconds later. Never leaves voicemail.
