Called and left no message. My number is listed on the do not call registry.

Recieved a call from 317-664-5931. They called about providing aide with credit card debt. When I followed the prompts for a rep I asked to be placed on their do not call list and was hung up on. When I tried to call back there was nothing except silence the first 2 times and the 3rd time the line instantly went busy. I reported this number to my carrier and added to my phone's reject list so the calls will never come through to me again. It has to be a scam. A reputable company wouldn't have a machine tell you they have been monitoring your credit for 6months and also hangup when asked not to call again. I don't even have credit cards.
