I had just put in a request on LendingTree.com for HELOC rates.Within 1 minute, I got a call from above. I use my google voice number for these kinds of things. Also, I never answer a call that's not in my contact list. Either way, they have to leave a message that I return or not. So I can't confirm the caller, but I'm guessing that's who it is.

This number belongs to Royal United Mortgage headquartered in Indianapolis, Ind. Their "mortgage brokers" are high pressure salesmmen who try to get you into a high interest rate mortgage for people with low credit scores who would not otherwise qualify for a mortgage.
