He also called me at work and told me he was with Clyde Legal Associates and I am being sued for money laundering, bank fraud, blah blah. Telling me I have already incurred fines of over $7,000.00. I can settle OOCR for $280.00. If I don't pay this by 7 pm (same day) EST then I will be facing 10 yrs imprisonment (law enforcement will be sent to my home to arrest me and the residing judge will not allow bail to be set in money laundering cases) and $500,000.00 in court costs, etc. I was told the case was set to be heard on Monday January 24th, 2011 (today). He then asked me if I wanted to settle this now and I told him no. I'd call him back after I did some research. I emailed the firm he said he was part of and they told me no such person worked there, they did not have an office in Brooklyn, New York, sent me a link where other people had complained about a similar situation and told me to consider the enquiry as fraudulent.
