tried to sell a motorcycle to me on craigslist. asked to txt. so I know it's a scam.

This is number is used by a non-US car scam syndicate that uses proxy servers to hide location. They also use multiple proxy Email accounts as well.
Ads posted on free sites, such as Craigslist are phony and ask you to TEXT (because they don't speak English).
You will be given a fake story and instructions on how to "wire" cash through a phony escrow site using ebay, amazon, googe etc.
This is an ongoing daily scam well organized and these ads are placed by the hundreds each day.
FBI via Ic3 had been informed years ago but has failed to stop this daily rip-off.
