called and caller ID said "Found Amer Vets" I did not answer the call

Child molesters/rapists (NAMBLA) targeting the elderly for an easy mark for donations to fund their perversions.

Called and wanted to speak to my 90 year old father. Said his name was Mark Batnick and he was from the 'state'. He wanted to know if my Dad was available to speak or not, and should he call back at a better time. I replied, I don't want you to call back ever if you can't tell me what you're calling about. Click. He hung up. (I also heard my voice echoing, does that indicate its a bad call?)

Received another call from this number. I answered the previous time because we get delivery from Indy. Called asked for my 101-year-old Grandmother by name. I said you can speak to me but called quickly said he'll call back & I quickly said don't bother- we are on Do Not Call Registry. What good is this registry. This isn't the first scam caller this week.
