Wanted personal info to "help" me lower my interest rates on my credit cards. "You know, the the ones you have". They listed off all of them and when I asked which card specifically, they said that it might have been one I changed. The wouldn't give me a straight answer. Then when I asked where they got my phone number and that I would like for them to take it off their calling list, I got hung up on.
