Scam. It's not the BBB, it's a scam.
Caller: Someone pretending to be BBB
Weird call. "Yes this is the Better Business Bureau, my name is Jessica Rivera. This message is for the owner of the company. Please return my call." Since she didn't say, I have no idea what the call is regarding (except it's something concerning "THE COMPANY" whatever that means). What company? BBB?

Received a call from this number today; the caller said she was from the Better Business Bureau. Called the Central Indiana BBB office, and they confirmed the caller is a legitimate representative of their office.
