Did not agree to their terms now they want me to pay and I still have the same problem in my mouth..

Called asking my recent medical procedure (I haven't had any) & tools me I qualified for an insurance settlement. I told him I'd had no surgeries and he said someone in my house had, I told him no, no one in my house had and he hung up
I received a call from this # but they didn't leave voicemail. Since there was no info about this # online, I blocked my # and called them. The man who answered verified the name of the business very clearly when I asked, "I'm sorry, did you say Tek Collect?" Then I looked them up by name to verify the spelling and that this is a collection agency.
