These folks call every day, sometimes twice a day, regardless of how many times you ask them to stop calling or remove your number from their directory. They have changed the numbers they call from, but have used this number and called me every day for the last month.

Yes, these people are a huge pain in the ass. Scam Canadian drug company. They use a different number every time from all over the country, and there is no way to get them to stop calling. If you answer and tell them to take you off their list, they just hang up before you are even done talking. Then they call back the next day or a few days later using a different number. Been going on for at least a year now.

the male caller was a collection agency representative; he asked to speak with "Rafael"; I informed him my name is not Rafael, that my number is a busines phone and belongs to BCBS of TX; I requested he updates the information in his company's system to reflect there is not Rafael at this number.
