Just spamming. I simply refuse to answer any phone call with a number I don't recognize. I wish I knew how they got these numbers, though.
They said they from "card member services"(?). I mentioned they cannot solicit by law since they call to my cell phone. DO YOU KNOW WHAT I HEARD BACK? "Shut the f@@k up idiot!" - was the answer. I hung up on they. I do have high blood pressure, It jumped up (of, course) and now I am suffering sever headache.
