Person with a strange accent said I was awarded $7,000 to fix up my house. He wanted my bank & credit card account information to make a "direct deposit".

I never answered the phone after I realized that another phone number of 314 coming from
the same location so yes I had stop applying for loans that your info will get out there and how can you reported to the police??

keep getting calls every 2 hours after told them to stop calling me

This says it's from Louisiana and I have picked it up twice. No one answers. There is a lot if noise and heavy breathing; creepy. I'm sure it's some scam. It's really annoying but these are the kind of calls you get when you inquire about online loans. You're info gets blasted out and scam artists start calling like crazy. The only way to make it stop is to change your phone number. It's super annoying and out of control!

my message from that number was, "You( my name)need to return the phone call to usas soon as u get the message,and dont not disreguard it .And (my name)if do not her from you or your Lawyer , or the only thing I Could do is ,wish you good luck( my name). As this situation unfolds." I even saved the message......this would be the 3rd call from these people.......? But little do they know how easily they can be found out.....

Received a call at 6:08 a.m. where this guy said that I have some funds coming to me and that it does not need to get paid back, but I hung up before he could finish his conversation because no one would ever call me at this early morning and tell me that I' would be receiving a grant that would never have to be paid back (lol). THIS TYPE OF SCAM WILL NEED TO BE STOPPED.............

THEN WANT ALL OF YOUR INFO, WHEN U TRY TO CALL THEM BACK IT SAYS THE # HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED. MADE THE MISTAKE OF GIVING INFO 1. NEVER AGAIN!

some guy called and said i was going to get money and i new it was a scam

This is a massive scam. I picked it up just out curiousity but don't know this number. It says on my caller ID it's from Lousiana then the lady on the phone says she's a rep of government of United States & am qualified for $7000 grant because I have no bankruptcy etc. yet you can hear a massive loud background & she can't give a number to call back. She tells you that you can only use it for renovation etc. then specificially ask you what you'll use it for to get info and makes you say okay. She also said "Your grant money is in the Federal bank of New York & can get your money in 1 hr but you can only transfer it wiring bank to bank or through a credit card" What an IDENTITY THEFT SCAM!! better report it to the POLICE
