When she called my busines she asked for a person and I told her she had contacted a business. When I asked her why she called she stated "I dialed the wrong number". She was acting like she had to "look something up". Very evasive. Do not answer this number. Scammer.

Answers phone as Action Recovery. My guess is a collection company.

They called and did not leave any message. Searching around on google from other sites (the few I found) people are stating this is some lady that answers, asks to speak with someone and then says 'I will call you right back' or as soon as they answer she goes 'sorry wrong number' and hangs up. Regardless, I did not answer and they did not leave a voice mail. I am declaring this a scam call due any respectable company would attempt to leave a message.
