Called and requested to have a letter sent to me they refused

they have literately left me 10 voice mails sense the 16th. When i answer its a recording giving no real information on who it is. Yet when i listen to the voice mail all it says is "48289795"
I have tried calling the number back once and was asked if i was calling looking for Miguel, and i stated that i wasnt sure who i was looking for but that this number has called my several times and id like to find out why to get it to stop.... thats when i was placed on hold for 5+ mins...

When I pick up its just a voice recording. I dont even know who and what they are calling for. They keep calling our work number. They call every 10 mins. Who can I report this too????
Submit complaints to cfbp.gov, donotcall.gov(if your phone is registered) and fbi.gov. What they are doing is illegal. Put in your complaints this company needs to be investigated for illegal collection practices, fraud, and extortion and probably phishing activities.
They are calling people and threatening criminal process in order
to collect a civil debt. This is a violation of the FTC rules and they should be reported.
