Multiple calls with the same script... pre-trial, warrant, waive counsel.
I looked up Goldstein & Associates, found several reputable attorneys by that name and sent each this number and a brief note saying they were using their name as part of a scam. Wonder how long they will continue when a bunch of pissed off lawyers start calling them.

Received a call from these clowns on 6/14/2016 claiming the person they were looking for had a warrant out for there arrest. Little did these clowns know that I work with the for the county in California and very knowledgeable of
laws in Cali. I went along with the caller pretending to be the person they were looking for just to hear what she would say. The caller went on to say that the person they were looking for had written a bad check and would be prosecuted by the DA's office lol I don't
Know if they are we're of the laws in Cali but like I told person the DA's office don't get involved in this and that this type of claim would be handled by the IRS. What a bunch of idiots I told the caller to make sure they have their facts straight and are aware of the laws in the State if they want to sound convincing. Folks we need to make other folks aware and make sure we post scams like this on social
Media so they can be exposed. They call from different numbers the I was called on is (563) 202-7054

Goldstein & Associates. They called me and argued with me for a few minutes. I yelled at them and told them they were a scam, and they said I would do jail time and said I owe $1200.00 to them. I then asked for a number of who I owe to, and they said there is no number & that they would have to transfer me. SCAM FOR SURE! They had my information from 2011, and made up some big story about me writing a bad check-which I did not even have checks then! I called the real Goldstein & Associates and let them know that people were using their company to scam people.

I got this call 2 time now last week and this week. I calledback the first time and a male answered and it was for somebody else..alot of noise in the background. I got another call this morning from her and its very annoying since these calls are not for me
