received many calls - voice activated saying they "understood" my area was impacted by a disaster - press 1 is affect press 2 if not. After pressing 2 they asked if I wanted to hear about other services/offering. I press to listen - the call was forwarded to a collections division who wanted to confirm that my loan payment was to be received.
Go figure?
