I would recommend documenting your complaint and reporting it to the FCC if they do not remove you from their list. This number is driving me insane.

Ha, I finally got the way to stop this irritating constant calls; call 866-246-7196 and give the caller's phone number to verify it's on their list and the receiving phone number to add to the do not call list. It actually worked to stop these calls so I thought I'd pass this on to help others.
