Reduced rate on credit cards

Lowering interest rates on my credit cards that were in good standing. I have so many calls from them but I erase my caller ID frequently. The only evidence that I have remaining is my latest call and I am fed up and realized I should take action. They call at hours when I am trying to rest. I am ill and have to have surgeries. I have trouble sleeping and they call to break my sleep or just mess up my day when I am going through other adversities. They always get mad and hang-up when you politely tell them no and stop calling your house. Then on the number they called from you could never call them back. I feeled so violated and harrassed. The keep saying consider this your last call, however, I still keep on getting a multitude of calls from them. I am worn-out with them. If I want your service, I will call you...STOP CALLING ME!
