Called claiming to be from the Federal Student Loan thing. When I asked them what name was attached to the phone number, I was asked if I had amnesia and forgot my name. Then, I asked to speak to a supervisor, and the response was, "The only supervisor here is God. You want a prayer or something?" When I was finally transferred to someone else, the person hung up on me as soon as I demanded they identify me.
