I never pick up unknown calls. Caller ID said BIUSINESS. I checked here and sure enough spam call

These calls come in ALL the time; they start @ abt 7am & finally stop sometimes after 11pm. I thought it was illegal to call at certain times (like after 9pm & not before 9am) but if we're receiving these calls anyway, doesn't legality just go out the window??

Called shortly after lunchtime. I didn't answer because they'd called before. They left no voice mail. It's a loan pre-approval spam/scam.
