This number calls my house 5-6 times a day. When I pick up the phone, they don't respond. So today, I called the number back & the non-English speaking person said that is was Midland Credit Management. I told them to STOP calling my number or I will contact my attorney & I will see them in court for harassment.

rec'd a call today at 12:54 she could barely speak english told her i couldn't understand her kept saying some name wasn't me she kept repeating the name told her don't know person stop calling

They've called repeatedly. I finally called back and could not understand anything the male said on the phone. They wanted too much personal information and when I specified I would not give that information to an entity I was not aware of and to send their correspondence via mail he stated he could not do that. I've read the Fair Debt Collection Act and as a consumer we can request information in writing to verify or challenge the "presumed debt" so with him stating he could not do that I advised him to remove the number from the database and not to call again. This sounds like a complete scam.

Yeah got call woke me up so i.just awnsered she vould barley speak english told me that the law reques suit in a certain amount of time and it had lapsed. They were not going to sue but if i didnt pay they would put ot on my credit report. Ot was an old credit card that i paid the stupid imsurance if i became disabled they would pau for it. I got sick. I told her good luck i live on disability that i contacted them so they better not call me again. Could not understand I made out collecton company. What collection company calls and tells you they aren't going to sue. I hung up after telling them to never call my phone again. It was 320-207-5848

This is just one of many, many numbers they use. They are Midland & they CLAIM they are attempting to collect a debt, but the money doesn't get applied to the balance, it goes toward their "collection fees", so the amount of the debt never gets paid down or off; they are a SCAM collection agency

This is not a credit agency or debt collector. It is illegal to call after 9 PM so this is bullshit. Debt collectors are prohibited from calling at 10 PM. This is a complete and total scam, no message? Scam. Can't speak English? Scam. Illegal.

asked for my sister-in-law. Told him she doesn't live here and not to call again. Couldn't understand what he was saying.

Called Sunday am at 8:57. I don't answer, no message left. They call. every day. I don't owe anyone any money so they are wasting their time.

called my husbands phone and tried to interrogate him for information on his mother. then asks to speak with her. You want to talk to her but you call my phone. the person said so this is a not good number to call her. NO would not tell us what they wanted at all.
