Rang 4 times. No message. From the post above, it appears this might be another of the fake IRS calls. Everyone should be aware that the IRS does not call, does not threaten. They would first contact you only by US mail. Don't answer any number you don't know; if you do mistakenly answer, hang up immediately. You can report these fake calls to the US Treasury. There's a link on the IRS web site.
