I am located in AZ, and my cell number prefix is VA. So it is suspicious in the first place that someone with an out of state area code would be selling health insurance. Secondly, my phone number is on the Do Not Call Registry, so the caller is being either negligent or fraudulent.

called my cell, didn't leave a message. they are now blocked.
