Wanted much of my personal identity detail; allegedly to confirm my identity, as if they'd called me, not knowing who I was - despite asking my name. Well, either you know who I am (and hence, your calling my number, which coordinates with my name), or you do not have any reason to be calling my number, to ask for me! As of Jan 23, 2017, they have been told not to ever call my number, again. I'm quite sure they have additional phone numbers to call from, however; as well as they likely have 3rd-party lines, where they can present themselves (falsely) as being someone else who they're not. (aka "False identity", in my opinion)
