Says I have won a walt Disney world vacation. Total scam

Incoming call to a cell phone. Cell phone number on both the state and federal do-not-call registries. Robo caller message from 321-255-5798 states something similar to: ” You can visit Walt Disney World" with some type of disclaimer, then "Press one to be connected to a representative or press three to be put on our do not call list.” Message repeated three times, then call disconnected.

A return call to this number 321-255-5798 results in a recording: “We’re sorry. You have reached a number which has been disconnected or is no longer in service. Check the number and dial again, or dial 411, or your directory assistance provider”. Message repeats multiple times then converts to a busy signal.

got a call answered, said if i want details repeat promo code 545 when man answered he asked for the promo i said the promo code and he hung up. I called back and got a disconnected number.
