This scammer calls numbers on the national do not call registry in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. They further violate the TCPA by failing to have an operator on the line when the call is answered, and by not providing a means of connecting to an operator. They fail to provide a phone number or physical address when asked, further violating the TCPA. Their recordings state that they are calling offering a business opportunity that is not a pyramid scheme, but then explain that the system works to make you money by having you receive commissions on each business you set up, and then receiving a portion of the commission on each business those businesses set up. They do not provide any information on the product sold - in fact talk about how you do not need to sell products. This is absolutely the definition of a pyramid scheme. Do not provide this scammer with any personal or financial information.
