The contact started as robo call to my home number. The message identified the company as Card Holder Services, advising that I can lower my rate to 6.9 percent; terms and conditions apply. A representative, Rachael, presented their organization as a non-profit entity that fights for the consumer to achieve low interest rates. She stated it was her job to lower my interest rate of $300 or more in the interest of fighting as a consumer protection agency. I explained the name Card Holder Services is vague and I asked for more identifying information like a phone number or adress. Both were refused. The agent disconnected the call.

I believe it might be an attempt at crime because the company bounced a disconnected number on my caller ID. Immediately after the call, I called the number 321-305-9999 COCA FL on my caller ID and recieved a message that it is disconnected. I tried *69 and got 321-305-9999.
