They claim they need me to contact them to lower the interest rate on "my credit card". I did not listen long enough to get more information on their ridiculous scheme. They did not specify which card they were referring to neither did they identify what company they represent. They try to get people's attention by claiming that they call about "an issue with their credit card" that "requires my immediate attention".
