Same as the one below (they have been using different phone numbers, same messages, almost every day):
"
Called about lowering interest rates on my credit cards. They left the message on my answering machine. The FTC has just sued 4 companies for using this scam to defraud people. Among them was "Rachel" who pitched the exact same message word for word. This was a different womans voice but the wording was the same and she used a different name - can't remember what though. Anyway, these crooks get shut down and then simply reopen again under different names and numbers.

They should make it a mandatory prison sentence for the CEO's of these companies who openly disregard the law. That's the only way to stop this telephone abuse."

recorded message to "reduce credit card interest" pressed 1 to talk to a person. as soon as he answered, i told him that my # is on the National Do Not Call Registry and told him to remove my number from their lists. As soon as I said that he hung up on me.
