This scammer calls numbers on the national do not call registry in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. They further violate the TCPA by failing to have an operator on the line when the call is answered, and still further by playing a recorded message without an operator on the line to answer questions (though their automated system is quite good). They refuse to provide a physical address when asked, yet further violating the TCPA. Their recording states that the victim has been prequalified to receive an unsecured business loan, if the victim just answers a few questions, questions which demonstrate that they have not been qualified for a loan. No legitimate financial institution would do business this way. This is clearly a scam. Do not provide this scammer with any personal or financial information.
