Robo call, something about medical... (didn't listen to it all).

This was an illegal, automated robo-call saying: this is Scott with guaranteed business funding. Press 1 for automatic approval of your business loan.
I pressed 1 and was connected with an Indian guy and he said something very fast that I couldn't understand about a 90 second approval without a credit check. I asked him his name and there was silence. I asked him his name again and then silence, then he hung up.
They called my cell phone, which is on the FTC and State of FL Do Not Call List.
